Since we’re on the subject of laundry already (last week’s practical tip), let’s delve a bit more in to the sleeves and socks of making laundry easier. There are always ways to ease our day in the laundry way, right? Last week’s tip was one load a day helps keep the laundry monster away. This week’s practical tip is:
I know, I know….I was the chief boycotter for years. Our laundry went from Saturday marathons to haphazard whims of laundry duty whenever we desired, to one simple load a day. One load a day was working well, in fact, it was the best of all the efforts until recently.
As the washer tumbles, or is that the dryer? Anyway, as the washer tumbles, a schedule has recently made its way into my life.
And I love it!
Maybe a schedule is for you as well?
My friend and fellow God blogger, Crystal, was the catalyst. (Thank you, Crystal!) She mentioned using a schedule on a recent post here. My knee-jerk reaction had thoughts running in my head of this isn’t for me, I can never keep a schedule. I glossed over the post, and didn’t focus on her listed methodology. Silly me! However, the mention of a schedule actually planted a seed, and now that seed is bearing fruit.
And the funny part? Our schedules are amazingly similar. Take a peek below.
If you’d like to give a laundry schedule a whirl, please feel free to print and use my schedule if that makes life a bit simpler. Until next time….
