The upset mama’s child was hurt. Mine, she insisted, was the cause.

Fiery darts were flying. My mama bear itched to roar.

  1. What a GREAT reminder! I often find myself praying that God will help me to allow Him to filter my words and tone of voice through Him first. I need the reminder more often than I care to admit. Thanks for the reminder!

  2. I just wrote about this last week, about speaking the truth in love..how hard it is for all of us. Your simple, straightforward words are like a prayer, a stop sign that asks, how will I react in this situation–will I speak in love ? It’s been one of my greatest challenges, and my greatest prayer. Thank you for another reminder today. Visiting from #TestimonyTuesday.

    1. Hi, Kathy. If you could have seen my nods and silly smile while reading your post last week. I finished writing this just days before reading yours a few others with a similar thread. God is gathering attention. His words are speaking… #writeonJesusgirl

  3. Kristi, such wisdom and hard-earned lessons in your words. I pray I give to others the grace I so desperately need as I remember they are not the enemy but merely the holder of a hurting heart. Thank you, Kristi, for sharing your heart at #IntentionalTuesday on Intentionally Pursuing. : )
