While working out physically,
also get a spiritual workout.
It can be as simple as…
* Walking and listening to worship music, an audio Bible, or an array of wonderful podcasts available online.
* Training on the elliptical and jamming to praise music or the rhythm of prayer.
* Riding the stationary bicycle and reading devotionals or a book that draws you nearer to the heart of God.
* Lifting weights and praising God or finding thanks with each move.
If you’re not a work-out type of person, most of these suggestions will also work well during drive time. It’s a great way to double your time. You’ll find yourself refreshed and ready to tackle the day in a better way.
