Let Us…#5
…but let us encourage one another –
and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Hebrews 10:25b NIV*
As we have moved from base to base with the military, the Lord has been faithful to place amazing, sweet friends & churches in our path. There have been times, though, when sadness creeps in when we’re gathering our things and preparing to move once again. Thoughts will attempt to race through my mind, questioning whether we’ll find another church “this” good, whether we’ll find friends who are eternally-minded, and the likes.
But God always intervenes.
But God always provides.
But God always encourages.
He faithfully brings other Christians into our lives, encouraging us to join the rally for the name of Jesus. He always provides a church that draws us deeper into the depths of Him. He always intervenes the darkness of worry and sheds His light of hope. And, those who were “left behind” are truly never behind, but are with us as we go forward because the Lord God is at the center. The encouragement He has brought because of these, well, it’s priceless.
Consider this, my friend, your call for encouragement today. Know that He is God. Know that He is able to meet you in your circumstance today…and that He will use you to encourage others if you allow it.
He always intervenes.
He always provides.
He always encourages.
Much Love to you and your family on this Father’s Day.
Kristi
