A Grateful Year Accountability Group + Gratitude Journal
What if we sprinkled gratitude in our conversations and thoughts each day? Set our focus and watched it grow?
Can you imagine?!
(Because whatever we dwell on, good or bad, seems to garner more of the same.)
The Benefits of Gratitude
During one particularly heavy season, I intentionally jotted down three points of gratitude daily. (Forced myself, honestly.) I’m convinced God used that exercise to pluck me from a dark pit.
There’s proven power in gratitude for the heart, mind, and spiritual journey. The Bible instructs us to offer it, and science assures us of its benefits.
(Check out this podcast, the last 10 minutes of episode 413, for an eye-opening list of studies.)
Would you like to stave off the negatives? Offer thanks to God intentionally?
Join us for an uplifting journey via the accountability group linked below. Surround yourself with like-minded folks and grateful hearts. Grow that gratitude!
(Sidenote: After a year, I readied to remove this from my offering, but then the Holy Spirit nudged me to keep it. I’m not sure if you’re one He’s nudging to hop into the group, but there’s someone out there. God knows. Pray over this and act accordingly.)
